GOVERNMENT HOUSE,

21st September, 1916.

Sir,

In continuation of my Confidential Despatch of the 6th September, I have the honour to transmit a copy of a letter addressed by Mr. Consul-General Jamieson to Sir John Jordan which explains the present situation in the Kwangtung

province.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient,

humble servant,

Homag

Governor,&c..

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE
